We are pleased to invite you to the GEA Negotiation Days 2025, taking place in calendar weeks 44 and 45.
Together, we would like to shape our future collaboration.
To ensure optimal preparation, we offer a web session on October 14, 02:30 p.m. (English)
This session will provide an overview of our Mission 2030 and allow for an initial exchange of questions.
Our Expectations:
Sustainability:
- EcoVadis: Submission of a current rating
- SBTi (Science Based Targets Initiative): Participation for the science-based reduction of greenhouse gas emissions
- Code of Conduct: Mandatory signature of the GEA Code of Conduct.
Digitalization:
- Connection to Onventis for data transmission via Web-EDI
Commercial Terms:
- Payment Terms: 90 days net
- Conclusion of a GEA framework agreement and a quality assurance agreement
- Cost Savings (within the COGS-Program)
- Identification and realization of cost-saving potentials of at least 5%
- Preparation of concrete proposals
- Analysis of identified potentials, including feasibility, by the Negotiation Day
Supply Security
- Stockpiling of critical components
- Optimization of logistics and lead time
