LPT Learning Path Process

Welcome to the LPT Learning Path, your journey to skill growth, career development and official certification. Let's break it down into three simple steps. Skills levelling, Learning Path and Skills confirmation. Step 1. Skills levelling It all starts with a conversation between you and your manager. Together you will review your current strengths, identify development areas and set learning goals based on your job and career direction. If you already meet 80% or more of the skills at your level, you're ready to move on. For example, if you meet 95% of level 1 and 40% of level 2, you'll be certified for level 1 and start learning for level 2. And remember to upload your skills levelling document on Workday Learning. Step 2. Learning Path Based on your skill level, you'll follow a tailored learning path. This may include digital or classroom training, on the job learning and even real life case studies. Simply enrol through Workday Learning and get started. And Step 3: Skills confirmation Once your learning is complete and you're confidently applying your skills, it's time for skills confirmation. Together with your manager, you'll review the skills and competencies you've developed throughout the process and celebrate how far you've come. It's a moment to reflect on your progress and get recognition for your growth and upload your confirmation to Workday Learning. If you've confirmed 80% or more of your skills, congratulations! You'll receive your official certification. Certificates are issued monthly and you'll be ready to begin the next level of your journey.
